9025 - Add estimated cost breakdown on cost distribution dialog
for Workflows when estimated costs are enabled, they are also shown alongside the real costs in the cost details panel

9024 - Add estimated cost to Cluster Instances view
When the cluster instance is of type All Purpose Cluster, the values of duration and estimated cost can exceed the values of the workflow run because the cluster’s uptime is not directly tied to the uptime of the workflow and multiple workflows can run in parallel.
For example, an All Purpose Cluster instance can be up and running for days in a row, while the workflow run using that cluster takes only a couple of hours to complete succesfully.
